The Blog is a journal on reflective practice but biased to higher academic practice. The daily experiences of a facilitator of learning in higher education can form an informative and captivating narrative of the learning process. The reflections too, can form a basis to leading a more productive and enriched life.

what is happiness?
Happiness is the sense of well-being, joy, being contented. Happiness is a feeling. Happiness is a state. Who determines this feeling, this state? are you in control of this feeling of happiness? Is the feeling genuine or not. Is the sense of well-being real or false? does education determine your level of happiness? Is there a relationship between access to information and happiness? does material possession indicate the level of happiness? Is the ideal sense of well-being Utopian or a reality?
